Services specific to Limos
Collaborative working: Limos provides its members with a software forge, Gitlab, a shared cloud, Owncloud, and a shared note-taking tool, Hedgedoc.
You can access Gitlab without being a member if you are collaborating with a Limos researcher.
Use high-performance resources: Limos offers its members access to an HPC platform, hosted on its premises, consisting of various servers (Windows or Linux) with a total of 8 TB of RAM and 500 physical cores.
Have machines on demand: Limos can provide its members with VMs with resources tailored to your needs using a Proxmox virtualization platform.
Work remotely: a specific VPN allows you to access the lab's resources from home.
The lab lends equipment for video conferencing and offers the possibility of reserving rooms equipped for this purpose (interactive whiteboards, 360° cameras, microphones, etc.).
Introduce yourself: there is a dedicated space for members to create a personal page.
In addition, the Limos website offers an intranet that allows you to make yourself known within the lab.
Communicate easily: mailing lists (synchronized with our internal directory) enable effective communication with research teams, project members, student cohorts, etc.
Present projects: Limos allows its members to host a website for a project or conference using a virtual hosting solution.
A specific space is provided for offering data for download.
Optimize publications: the lab encourages the use of HAL to enrich its collection.
The lab provides its members with summaries of their activity.
